    摘要: An injection molding apparatus and hot runner system are disclosed. The injection molding apparatus includes a plurality of mold plates in which the hot runner system is received. A manifold receives molding material and has a manifold channel that extends between an inlet and an outlet. A nozzle delivers moldable material to a mold cavity. The nozzle has a nozzle channel in fluid communication between the manifold channel and the mold cavity. A valve pin seal is located at the upstream end of the nozzle, and a valve pin that is connected to an actuator extends through the manifold and nozzle is slidably received in the valve pin seal. The hot runner system further includes a thermal bridge that is in conductive thermal communication with the valve pin seal and a cooled one of the plurality of mold plates.

The processing unit is configured to load and execute the program code to compare sensor information with the stored data and to determine if the hot runner system is in an operable status, and in case the hot runner system is in an operable status, configured to generate status information to activate the one or more heating elements and/or the one or more actuators enabling a production operation of the injection molding machine. In case the hot runner system is not in an operable status, configured to generate status information to deactivate the one or more heating elements and/or close or deactivate the one or more actuators disabling a production operation of the injection molding machine.

    摘要: An air freshener removably engages with a structure, such as the supporting post of a rear view mirror of a motor vehicle. The air freshener has a rigidifying core defining a central axis, and an outer portion or sleeve contacting the core that is formed from one or more fragrance loaded polymers. Together, the core and outer portion are shaped to surround a first axis perpendicular to the central axis. The ends of the air freshener are juxtaposed generally opposite one another in closed configuration, and the arm portions of the air freshener flex in directions substantially parallel to the first axis to separate the ends to open the air freshener. A breakable strap and/or connectors may be provided to join the ends together. Alternatively, one end of the air freshener may be inserted within a cavity formed in the opposite end of the air freshener.

The control means are adapted to control through the heating inductor a molding cycle of a piece. The system is particularly suitable for molding pieces which typically have a form of a solid of rotation with cylindrical outer surfaces, and is configured in an area of the circular injection port so as to avoid a formation of waste or superfluous parts which must be subsequently removed from the piece, once molded.
