摘要： Embodiments herein provide for methods, compositions and apparatus for detection and/or diagnosis of pathogenic virus lineage and/or strains. In some embodiments, the virus is influenza Type B virus. In other embodiments, an apparatus may include a microarray with attached capture probes, designed to bind to nucleic acid sequences from a single gene in a broad array of influenza strains. In some embodiments, compositions may include isolated nucleic acid sequences of use as capture probes, target sequences and/or label probe sequences, for diagnosis of and/or detection of influenza virus.
