摘要: The invention relates to a method for controlling the oil recirculation in an oil-injected screw-type compressor which, between the oil separator (10) and the compressor element (1), comprises an oil recirculation conduit (17) in which an oil cooler (18) is installed which is bridged-over by a passage or bypass (30), said control taking place by means of a thermostatic valve (24) having a valve element (26) which can be moved by means of a temperature-sensitive element (34). During the transition of the screw compressor from the unloaded to the loaded condition, the effect of the temperature-sensitive element (34) temporarily is switched off at least partially, such that the valve element (26) takes a position in which, regardless of the temperature of the oil, at least the bypass (30) is open and thus the recirculation of oil from the oil separator (10) to the compressor element (1) takes place through this bypass (30).

摘要: A chamfer is polished on the side of each of two end portions of optical fiber (2A, 2B) so that the polished chamfers may be brought into contact to define an end face common to both fibers and of substantially the same cross section as that of a single fiber. A groove is formed in the top surface of a soft support (4), and the middle of the groove (5) is sized to receive the stripped ends of optical fibers. A glass plate (8) is applied to the top surface of the support to close the groove. The chamfered end fibers (2A, 2B) are inserted into the groove from one end so as to form said common end face in the middle of the groove. Another fiber (11) (or similarly prepared pair of fibers) is inserted from the other end of the groove to establish end-to-end optical co-operation between the fibers. The groove is filled with a liquid index-matching medium which sets when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Once the index-matching medium has been set, the glass plate can be peeled off the support (4) bringing with it the optical fibers which are fixed thereto in a configuration which defines a very simple optical fiber coupler-distributer.

摘要: The installation includes two needling apparatuses (2, 3) which succeed each other on one side of the path (1) for the fleece to be needled. The needles (47) have an “elliptical” movement, i.e. their reciprocating movement of penetration is combined with a reciprocating movement parallel to the direction of progression. The two mechanisms are actuated at the same speed but with a phase shift of 180° between them. The installation is used for balancing horizontal vibrations.

摘要: A brush conveyor, in particular for a velvet needle loom, includes an assembly of adjacent brushes forming a conveying plane and moving in a predetermined conveying direction. Each brush includes a body that is substantially elongated along a main axis, and each lower brush surface includes means for connecting the brush to a mechanical drive device while the upper brush surface has holes for receiving tufts of bristles. The brushes are arranged within the conveyor in such a way that their main axes are parallel to each other and lie at a predetermined angle to a transverse direction which is perpendicular to the conveying direction. The conveyor may be used in needle looms for making nonwoven articles.
