Abstract:
A device is provided for sealing an opening made in a structure, including a fixed panel in which an opening is defined, and at least one sliding panel, including: two shuttles respectively guided in two guiding rails mounted and/or formed on the surface of the fixed panel facing the inside of the vehicle and a frame supporting at least two guiding pins respectively engaging with each one of the shuttles. The shuttles include guides for guiding the pins, enabling a transverse movement of the frame relative to the shuttles. An actuator acts directly or indirectly on the shuttles in order to move the latter in the rails, causing the sliding panel to move in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the fixed panel. The device also synchronizes the actuator so as to synchronize the movement of the shuttles.

A device is provided for closing off an opening formed in the bodywork of a motor vehicle, which includes a fixed structure in which an aperture is defined, and at least one sliding panel exhibiting a surround bearing at least two guide pegs. The device has at least one slide having a groove to accept each of the two guide pegs, the grooves being substantially identical and having an inclined portion forming an angle of between 1 and 89 DEG with the said axis of sliding; a guide element secured to the sliding panel, guided in one of the guide rails; and a return, which controls a relative movement of the slide or slides with respect to the guide element along the said axis of sliding. The sliding panel moves in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the fixed structure.

A device for locking a sliding panel of a motor vehicle, which panel is mobile with respect to a stationary structure, including means for actioning of bolt(s), which are mobile with respect to said sliding panel and capable of adopting at least three positions: a resting position, in which said bolt(s) is (are) in a locked state with one of said complementary locking elements; and two unlocking positions, called left and right, in which said unlocking positions implement transmission means acting on said bolt(s), which are mounted symmetrically with respect to an axis perpendicular to the sliding axis of said sliding panel, so as to create similar actions on said bolt(s) in each of said locking positions, and to allow, in the same movement of a user: the change from the resting position to one of said unlocked positions; the sliding movement of said mobile panel in one or the other sliding directions, called right and left, according to the locking position selected.
