摘要： The aspects of the present disclosure are directed to novel compounds, formulations containing said compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which are suitable for administration to a patient. In particular, to 5-methyldihydromorphone prodrug compounds described in general Formula I and II and the use of the compounds for treating pain associated with a variety of chronic human disorders including for example neuropathic pain and pain associated with cancer, surgeries or injuries.
