摘要： A c-Kirsten ras oncogene has been isolated from a human lung tumor cell line. This c-Kirsten ras has a mutation in codon 61 of the second coding exon and is capable of transforming NIH/3T3 mouse fibroblast cells to tumorigenic cells.
