    摘要: In a process for producing a nitrile compound comprising introducing a carbon ring or heterocyclic compound having organic substituents, ammonia and the air into a reactor and reacting the introduced compounds in the presence of a catalyst, during the reaction, a residual gas obtained after the formed nitrile compound is separated from a reaction gas discharged from the reactor is recycled to the reactor in an amount of 10 to 60% by volume based on the amount of the fresh raw material gas supplied to the reactor and the ratio of the amount by mole of molecular oxygen to the amount by mole of the organic substituent in the carbon ring or heterocyclic compound having organic substituents supplied to the reactor (O2/organic substituent) is kept within 1.5 to 7. The reaction is achieved under an advantageous condition and the nitrile compound can be produced industrially advantageously at a higher yield.

    摘要: A cartridge type dental injection device capable of easily and quickly mounting or removing a cartridge loaded barrel in or from a socket therein and capable of altering orientations of a viewing window in the barrel and of a cut surface of a needle as desired. The cartridge type dental injection device comprises a barrel (9) adapted to be inserted in a socket (5) defined by a mounting member (5a) and having diametrically oppositee viewing windows (11) formed therein, the mounting member (5a) having a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart ball retaining holes (7), and a locking ball (8) placed in each of the holes, the barrel (9) being provided with an annular groove (12) adapted to receive a portion of each locking ball therein, and a locking ring (13) having an annular cam surface (14) and a relieving surface (15) positioned adjacent to each other and movable between a position where when the locking balls (8) are in alignment with the annular groove (12), the annular cam surface (14) pushes the locking balls (8) toward the annular groove (12) to bring portions of the locking balls into engagement with the annular groove and a position where the relieving surface (15) faces the locking balls (8) to release them from the annular groove (12).

    摘要: In a process for producing a polynitrile compound comprising introducing a polysubstituted organic compound (POC) which is a carbon ring or heterocyclic compounds having a plurality of organic substituents into a reactor with ammonia and a gas containing oxygen and ammoxidizing POC in the presence of a catalyst, at least a portion of the unreacted POC and a mononitrile compound of an intermediate product in the reaction gas discharged from the reactor is separated, recovered and recycled to the reactor so that the flow rate of the mononitrile compound at the outlet of the reactor is 2 to 16% by mole of the total flow rate of POC and the mononitrile compound supplied to the reactor.Burning reaction of the side reaction is suppressed and the loss of POC can be decreased without adverse effects on productivity and the polynitrile compound can be obtained at a high yield.

In this arrangement, any rotative power transmission mechanism is not required to rotate the chuck device itself relative to the syringe.

    摘要: A process for producing 3-methyltetrahydrofuran, wherein in a first step, prussic acid is reacted with methyl methacrylate to produce methyl 3-cyanoisobutyrate. The methyl 3-cyanoisobutyrate is then reacted with water and sulfuric acid to produce a resultant product which is reacted with a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 aliphatic alcohol to produce a methylsuccinic acid ester. The methylsuccinic acid ester is catalytically hydrogenated to prepare the 3-methyltetrahydrofuran. Alternatively, the methyl 3-cyanoisobutyrate is hydrated to produce methyl 3-carbamoylisobutyrate, which is then reacted with a formic acid ester to form a methylsuccinic acid ester and formamide and the resultant methylsuccinic acid ester is catalytically hydrogenated. The 3-methyltetrahydrofuran is produced in high selectivity and in a commercially advantageous manner from inexpensive reactants. The 3-methyltetrahydrofuran is useful as a commoner for producing polyether glycol, which is utilized as starting raw material for preparing spandex fiber.
