Abstract: An ink storage unit capable of stirring ink by ink circulation is proposed. The ink storage unit, which is configured to store ink for supplying the ink to an inkjet head including a plurality of nozzles to discharge the ink, includes an ink storage container having an inside space configured to store the ink therein, a head supply tube configured to supply the ink stored in the ink storage container to the inkjet head, a head recovery tube configured to recover remaining ink remained in the inkjet head to the ink storage container, a circulation tube configured to drain the ink through a first end thereof connected to the ink storage container and to receive the ink through a second end thereof connected to the ink storage container, and a circulation pump provided in the circulation tube to transfer the ink.

Abstract: Proposed is an ink storage tank that stores ink to supply the ink to an inkjet head equipped with a plurality of nozzles configured to eject the ink, the tank including an agitator configured to agitate the ink in an ink storage space defined in a housing of the ink storage tank, where the agitator includes a rotary shaft horizontally installed in the ink storage space, one or more blades that protrude outward from the rotary shaft, and a rotation drive unit configured to rotate the rotary shaft, and where the bottom surface of the ink storage space has a concavely curved shape corresponding to the trace of the outer edges of the rotating blades. The ink storage tank has an effect of maintaining desired dispersibility of particles in ink due to the agitator having the horizontal rotary shaft and the concavely curved bottom surface of the ink storage space.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an ink circulation supply system for an inkjet head. The system is configured to supply ink to the inkjet head having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting the ink, and includes: a meniscus reservoir; a circulation reservoir; and an ante reservoir, the reservoirs where a first pressure connection pipe with a first pressure valve, a second pressure connection pipe with a second pressure valve, a first ink connection pipe, and a second ink connection pipe with an ink valve are provided, wherein when the internal pressure of the circulation reservoir is controlled to be lower than that of the meniscus reservoir, the ink stored in the meniscus reservoir is moved to the circulation reservoir without requiring use of a separate pump.

Abstract: Proposed is a head assembly for an ink-jet printer. Abstract: Proposed is a method for manufacturing a perovskite solar cell module encapsulated with a self-cleaning thin film by using an inkjet printing process. The method includes a boundary line forming step and a micro lens forming step. The boundary line forming step is to form boundary lines on the surface of an organic or inorganic film surrounding a perovskite solar cell array by an inkjet printing process, and the micro lens forming step is to form a micro lens array on the surface of the organic or inorganic film surrounding the perovskite solar cell array such that each of the micro lenses is surrounded by the boundary line. The boundary line is first formed to demarcate regions corresponding to the respective micro lenses, and the micro lenses are then formed in the regions surrounded by the boundary line, so that micro lenses with a high aspect ratio are densely formed.

Abstract: Disclosure is an ink supply system for an ink-jet head with a steam cleaning function. The ink supply system cleans quickly and completely residue of ink to prevent contamination during the process of changing and using ink, and the ink storage, the ink-jet head, and the ink flow path are cleaned by evaporated cleansing solution during long-term printing, thereby maintaining the ink-jet head and the ink supply system into the initial state.-

Abstract: Proposed is a method of forming an electrode of an electronic device for manufacturing the electronic device, the method including forming a boundary line corresponding to an edge of an electrode pattern by inkjet printing, and forming an electrode body filled inside the boundary line by inkjet printing, wherein height and width of the electrode pattern are controlled by limiting ink printed in the electrode body formation such that the ink is prevented from going to an outside by the boundary line.
