摘要: A system and a computer-implemented method employ an appointment optimization and route planning system (AORPS) for optimizing home-visit appointments and related travel for delivering patient care. The AORPS receives registration and patient data from patients and client input including information about healthcare providers, onsite care coordinators, health plans, appointment types, and success rates from a client. The AORPS collates the patient data and generates an input matrix from the client input and the collated patient data. The AORPS generates a predictive model for appointments, capitation, and return on investment for delivering patient care based on appointment and patient history, feedback, and healthcare data. The AORPS generates an appointment schedule with travel routes dynamically based on optimization factors derived from the client input, the collated patient data, the input matrix, the healthcare data, and the predictive model, incorporating real-time changes in patient data, the client input, the optimization factors, and appointments.

摘要: A medical diagnostic kit (MDK) includes a universal cable storage compartment (UCSC), a deck, and switchable multi-port hubs (SMPHs). Configurable cable compartments in the UCSC accommodate cables of clinical examination devices (CEDs) without mutual entanglement. The deck positioned on the UCSC supports the CEDs and includes cutouts into the UCSC for cable management. The SMPHs permanently connect CED cable connectors and selectively power and communicate data with the CED(s). An internal energy storage device (ESD) receives power from a multi-port charger (MPC) during charging, and delivers the power to the SMPHs for powering and communicating data with the CED(s) when the casing is opened. An activated, hubs disconnection switch interrupts power delivery from the ESD to the SMPHs when the casing is closed. The MDK includes a diagnostic computer with a software application for activating the CED(s), executing media conference connections, managing medical data, and facilitating remote real-time medical examinations.

摘要: A multi-organ imaging system including a camera lens, a stationary, multi-examination illumination unit (SMEIU), and an attachment holder is provided. An industrial camera unit (ICU) for imaging multiple organs, for example, ear, nose, throat, and skin, is housed in a camera body. The camera lens has a fixed focal length and an iris for optimizing examination and imaging of the organs. The SMEIU is integrated to the camera body and includes illuminators arranged in a geometrical configuration. The attachment holder accommodates an organ examination attachment selected for examining an organ. The illuminators, in optical communication with one or more reflective surfaces in the organ examination attachment, produce shadowless illumination during examination and imaging of each organ, without requiring replacement of the SMEIU for examining each organ. A display unit, accommodated in a display holder detachably attached to the camera body, assists in aiming the camera lens and visualizing each organ.
