摘要: A system for fastening a rail includes a sleeper having a supporting face supporting the flange of the rail and merging at its sides into respective levelling faces situated at a higher level than the supporting face, an angled mounting plate having a central portion on the underside of which is formed a support surface by which the angled mounting plate can be placed down on the respective levelling face assigned thereto, a supporting portion formed onto the central portion and pointing downwards from the underside of the latter and which can bridge a clear space between the flange of the rail and the levelling face, a resilient member which can be placed down on the angled plate and has two holding arms by which the resilient member can exert a holding force on the rail, and a clamping member which can exert a clamping force on the resilient member.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for reprofiling wheel disks (7) or brake disks of a railway wheel or wheelset (6), rotatably mounted in bearing housings (9), by machining using a machine tool (12), which is designed to be portable, a wheel disk (7) of the railway wheel or the wheelset (6) being pressed against backup rolls (16) on its circumference by a clamping element (14, 15), which engages on at least one bearing housing (9), at least one of the backup rolls setting the railway wheel or the wheelset (6) into rotation, while simultaneously a tool (20) machines one of the wheel (7) or brake disks. The invention also relates to a machine tool (12) for carrying out the method. This machine tool (12) has a portable support frame (11) having a clamping element (14, 15) for engaging on a closed inner and/or outer bearing housing (9) of the railway wheel or wheelset (6), and at least one backup roll (16), which may be pressed against the outer circumference of the wheel disk (7), on whose bearing housing(s) (9) the clamping element (14, 15) engages, at a mutual distance to one another opposite to the clamping element (14, 15), a drive for at least one of the backup rolls (16), and a tool (20) for machining wheel (7) or brake disks (23) of the railway wheel or wheelset (6).

摘要: The invention relates to a system for fastening a rail (S), comprising a sleeper (1) which has a supporting face (3) intended to support the flange (Sf) of the rail (S), the supporting face (3) merging, at its sides which extend parallel to the longitudinal extent (L) of the rail (S) to be fastened thereto, into respective levelling faces (7, 8) which are situated at a higher level than the supporting face (3), an angled mounting plate (20, 21) which has, in each case, a central portion (22), on the underside (23) of which is formed a support surface (24) by which the angled mounting plate (20, 21) can be placed down on the respective levelling face (7, 8) assigned to it of the sleeper (1), and a supporting portion (25) which is formed onto the central portion (22) and points downwards from the underside (23) of the latter and which, when the system is fully fitted, bridges the clear space between the flange (Sf) of the rail (S) and the levelling face (7, 8), a resilient member (100, 101) which can be placed down on the angled plate (20, 21) and which has, in each case, two holding arms (105, 106) by which, when the system is fully fitted, the resilient member (100, 101) exerts a holding force (H) on the rail (S), and a clamping member (P) which, when the system is fully fitted, exerts a clamping force (F) on the resilient member (100, 101). Such a system achieves an improved ability to be permanently loaded and exhibits a prolonged lifetime at reduced production costs, in that according to the invention when the system is fully fitted, the axis (W) along which the clamping force (F) exerted by the clamping member (P) acts passes through the levelling face (7,8).
