The method includes receiving first graphics data in a first format comprising a first graphical representation of a first portion of an automation environment, processing the first graphics data to convert the first graphics data to second graphics data in a second format, where the second graphics data comprises a second graphical representation of the first portion of the automation environment, and transferring the second graphics data for delivery to and display on a client device.

    摘要: The present invention generally relates to industrial automation, and in particular to systems and methods that facilitate rendering data in an industrial automation environment. Specifically, the invention facilitates rendering a browser-based Human Machine Interface (HMI) to at least one device. According to an aspect of the present invention, a device can send a session request to an HMI generator. A session request-receiving component can process the request, and the HMI generator can process data related to an industrial automation environment and render such data to a device in browser format.

    摘要: A method of displaying automation data is provided. First individual data points correlated with individual time points are received from a machine system. The first individual data points are stored in correlation with the individual time points. A user input is received indicating a selected time. The selected time is processed to determine if any of the individual time points are later in time than the selected time. In response to determining that none o the individual time points are later in time than the selected time, a graphical representation of second individual data points from the machine system are displayed. In response to determining that a one of the individual time points is later in time than the selected time, a graphical representation of at least the individual data point correlated with the selected time is displayed.

    摘要: A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system provides graphical displays to communication devices. The HMI system processes status data from machine systems to generate display data for the graphical displays. The HMI system receives selection information indicating one of the communication devices and one of the graphical displays. In response, the HMI system retrieves display parameters for the selected communication device and retrieves the display data for the selected graphical display. The HMI system processes the display data and the display parameters to display a first model of the selected communication device rendering the selected graphical display. The HMI system allows the user to modify the graphical display and view a second model of the communication device rendering the modified graphical display.
