摘要： A process for preparing bitumen bale for clean, safe, eco-friendly and cost-effective packing, storing and transporting of viscous bitumen products and the products thereof is delineated in the present disclosure. The bituminous products are introduced into a baling process line. The cooling efficiency is enhanced by utilizing the process. Viscous bitumen products are made in the form of spiral bitumen bale. “BituBale Film capsules” are produced by the process. Polymer additives are added to bitumen/asphalt, by the process, to enhance the durability and to get good gripping surfaces. The process enhances the homogenous nature of the products. The process for preparing bitumen bale for clean, safe, eco-friendly and cost-effective packing, storing and transporting of viscous bitumen products is a clean, safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective method.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a bitumen bale capsule, capsule dispenser and bale strip former for viscous bitumen products comprising a bitumen bale capsule; a capsule dispenser (L) in order to position the said PE encapsulating capsule inline with a plurality of dispensing valves (F) and a plurality of forming nozzles (M); a bitumen bale strip former for converting the said round PE encapsulated tubes into flat strips suitable for baling. The overall function of the said bitumen bale capsule is to encapsulate viscous bituminous products forcing through the internal core of the said capsule. The said products exiting the said encapsulation process in the form of a PE round tube are converted into a flat strip suitable for baling utilizing both of the said capsule dispenser and the said bale strip former.

摘要： A method for packing bitumen in a continuous process is disclosed. To pack the bitumen, a tray having one or more bitumen-receiving cavities is prepared. The cavity of the tray is coated with polymer film and bituminous film consecutively. Following that, the bitumen, in liquid form, is filled into the coated cavity. Additional layer of bituminous and polymer film are then consecutively laid over the bitumen-filled cavity, encapsulating the bitumen thereto. A system to form such bitumen package is also disclosed herein.

摘要： A method for packing bitumen in a continuous process is disclosed. To pack the bitumen, a tray having one or more bitumen-receiving cavities is prepared. The cavity of the tray is coated with polymer film and bituminous film consecutively. Following that, the bitumen, in liquid form, is filled into the coated cavity. Additional layer of bituminous and polymer film are then consecutively laid over the bitumen-filled cavity, encapsulating the bitumen thereto. A system to form such bitumen package is also disclosed herein.

摘要： The present invention describes a system (100, 100a, 100b) for dispensing and packaging bituminous products into blocks or slabs. Each block/slab of bitumen (200, 200a) is sealed by a bitumen compound film (160). The bitumen compound film (160) is made up of about 10-30% by weight of natural bitumen and about 5-25% by weight of a synthetic rubber polymer and copolymers. The bitumen compound film (160) is melted with the bituminous product and is fully compatible with the molten bitumen, leaving no residue but enhances the physical properties of the resultant bitumen mixture.
