摘要： A die is configured for use with a punch capable of piercing and cutting a workpiece. The die includes a base wall having a perimeter, an outer surface and an inner surface, a depending wall extending from the perimeter, a passageway extending through the base wall, and a central axis extending through the passageway. The outer surface of the base wall is perpendicular to the central axis. The inner surface of the base wall has a first portion which is angled relative to the central axis at a first angle which is greater than 90 degrees, and a second portion which is angled relative to the central axis at a second angle which is greater than 90 degrees. The first and second angles are different. The first portion extends from the depending wall to the second portion. The second portion extends from the first portion to the passageway. The second portion engages the punch when the punch is fully inserted into the die.

摘要： An adaptor and an assembly including a cylinder and the adaptor are provided. The adaptor is used to mount the cylinder to a fluid channel. The adaptor is formed of a unitary wall including a first portion adapted to mount to the fluid channel, a second portion adapted to be engaged with a tool extending from the first portion, and a third portion extending from the second portion and seated within an inlet passageway of the cylinder. The third portion includes locking features for locking the adaptor to the cylinder, and a sealing feature for sealing the adaptor to the cylinder. The sealing feature is distal to the second portion such that when a torque is applied to the adaptor, the sealing feature does not cause the adaptor to shear. The cylinder and fluid channel may be capable of being swiveled relative to each other around the adaptor, such swiveling may be up to 360 degrees and may be 360 degrees.

摘要： A cable stripping tool according to some embodiments of the disclosure is provided for making circumferential or ring cut and a spiral cut in the jacket of a cable. A cutting blade of the tool includes first and second blade portions which are integrally formed with each other and are angled relative to each other. In use, after the cutting blade penetrates the jacket, the tool is rotated in a first direction and the first blade portion cuts the jacket to form a ring cut. The tool is then rotated in a second, opposite direction and the second blade portion cuts the jacket to form a spiral cut. Thereafter, the tool is rotated in the first direction and the first blade portion cuts the jacket to form a ring cut. The cuttings by the blade portions are done without disengaging the cutting blade from the cable.

摘要： A tool formed of a cable stripper and an associated cutting assembly is used for stripping a cable. Differently sized cutting assemblies can be easily and quickly mounted to and disassembled from the cable stripper.
