The sensor system is situated at the ends of the spring element. The sensor unit may also be used for documenting the measured values of the tension.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a device and a method for detecting the tension on a guide rope of a hanging scaffold in a construction shaft. The guide rope is released by a winch, rounds over a hoisting sheave, is connected to the hanging scaffold, and then is tensioned up; the hoisting sheave is disposed at a position above the winch, and the device comprises a slide device, two tension ropes, and a pull rope, wherein, the slide device is fitted around the guide rope, the two tension ropes are fixed to the two sides of the slide device respectively and arranged parallel to the guide rope, the pull rope is fixed to the lower part of the slide device and arranged perpendicular to the guide rope. On the basis of the basic principles of mechanics, the force applied on the guide rope can be calculated indirectly according to the proportional relation between the forces applied on the tension rope and guide rope and the lengths of the ropes. The device disclosed in the present invention is simple, and the method disclosed in the present invention is skillful. The device and method are applicable to thick and thin steel wire ropes and highly universal, and are low in cost.

According to the present invention, a maximum load case, which involves application of a maximum force to at least one member of a machine, is determined for the machine. The machine is then operated by applying a force to the at least one member of the machine in each of the plurality of load cases so as not to exceed the maximum member joint load while exceeding the maximum force during at least one of the plurality of load cases.

    摘要: The invention relates to a force sensor for measuring a bearing force of a roller deviating a web of material. The force sensor includes a base element on which at least one sensor element is supported. The sensor element has at least one plate which can be elastically deformed by the bearing force and is provided with at least one force transducer. The sensor element is loaded by a pressure piece into which the bearing force is introduced by means of a spring. The spring has a larger range of spring—in the direction of the force—than the elastically deformable plate for the same load. In order to limit the action of the force on the sensor element, an annular abutment is provided, against which the pressure piece can be pressed flat. The abutment is provided around the sensor element.

    摘要: A seat belt tension sensor assembly is adapted to be secured to the seat belt assembly of a vehicle. The assembly includes a housing for a seat belt anchor adapted for movement relative to the housing into an overload position where a portion of the anchor is abutted against a portion of the housing to limit and arrest the movement of the anchor relative to the housing and transfer the load from the anchor to the housing and then to an interior structure of the vehicle. In one embodiment, the housing forms a collar and the anchor includes an interior wall defining an aperture through which the collar extends when the anchor is mounted to the housing. Movement of the anchor relative to the housing is limited as a result of the contact between the interior anchor wall and the collar.
