A composition of the agglomerate and the use of the bulk good to produce asphalt or bitumen masses are created in that rubber is activated by swelling and using a swelling agent and a melt made of viscosity-reducing wax and of optional polyoctenamer is added, the activated rubber particles are agglomerated by means of the viscosity-reducing wax and optional adhesion-improving substances.
