摘要: A dental handgrip for delivering filling compound into a tooth cavity is described, the handgrip being provided with a connection device to which a container for the filling compound can be connected. In some embodiments, the handgrip includes a light emission device via which radiation having a wavelength and radiant power for hardening of filling material can be provided. The dental handgrip can include a safety device to prevent a premature or inadvertent light emission onto the filling compound. In some embodiments, the handgrip includes a fluid-operated feeding device for feeding the filling compound from the filling compound container. A vibration generator operable to cause vibrations in the filling compound and to assist in feeding of the compound can also be provided.

摘要: Embodiments of a medical hand-grip element for injection of a substance from an ampoule, comprise a drive device for driving the ampoule and the injection needle, a delivery device for delivering the medicinal substance out of the ampoule and a coupling device for rotationally fixed coupling of the ampoule with the injection needle and for preventing a relative movement between the ampoule and the injection needle is disclosed. Embodiments of injection systems, injection units, injection needles and handling methods for them are also disclosed in which the risk of injury and contamination for the user is reduced by providing approaches for covering the ends of the cannulas of the injection needles during a number of handling steps.

摘要: A dental handpiece for root canal treatment comprises an outer sleeve, a connecting device for connecting the handpiece to a control and analyzing unit, a measurement circuit having a power source and to a drive unit, an electrically conducting tool receptacle and an electrically conducting driving device, wherein the tool receptacle and the driving device are mechanically and electrically connected together so that a driving motion generated by the drive unit can be transmitted via the driving device to the tool receptacle and electrical measurement signals can be transmitted between the driving device and the tool receptacle. A first connection is provided for transmitting the driving motion. A second electrically conducting connection, which may comprise sliding contacts, is provided for transmitting the electrical measurement signals. With separate connections, an improved signal transmission and in particular a low loss of measurement signals of the root canal length measurement during the signal transmission are achieved.

摘要: Various medical or dental handpieces having at least one coil for inductive coupling with a second coil and methods for using these handpieces for the transmission of at least one of power, operational data and identification data are described. Also various tool-holding/releasing devices for medical or dental handpieces are described, having at least one shaped element penetrating through a bore in a hollow shaft for accommodating a tool and protruding through the bore into the hollow shaft, a movably arranged locking sleeve cooperating with the shaped element and an operating element for moving the locking sleeve. Some of these tool-holding/releasing devices allow the insertion of the tool into the hollow shaft with different insertion depths.

摘要: A dental handgrip for delivering filling compound into a tooth cavity is described, the handgrip being provided with a connection device to which a container for the filling compound can be connected. 摘要: A medical or dental handpiece includes a tool holding/releasing device with a hollow shaft, a first holding unit and a second holding unit. The hollow shaft can be put into a drive motion for holding a treatment tool. The hollow shaft extends along a central axis and has a tool receptacle opening. The second holding unit is separate from the first holding unit and axially offset from the first holding unit relative to the central axis. Both holding units are designed to axially secure a treatment tool held in the hollow shaft and to transmit a torque to the treatment tool. Both holding units have at least one shaped element each and a bore penetrating the outer wall of the hollow shaft. The shaped element can be held in such a way that it projects through the bore into the interior of the hollow shaft. A locking sleeve is operatively connected to the shaped elements and can move relative to the hollow shaft. The locking sleeve surrounds the hollow shaft and an operating element operatively connected to the locking sleeve for the movement or sliding of the locking sleeve.
