摘要： A method for comparing text data reads two patent documents comprising varying text sections. The method compares characters of a first text section in a first patent document with a corresponding second text section in a second patent document, and acquires a same sub-character string that has a maximum matching length and matching positions of the first and second text sections. The method marks characters before the matching positions of the first and second text sections as different characters. The method displays a comparison result list of the comparison between the first patent document and the second patent document on a display device.

摘要： An exemplary method for controlling a workflow is provided. The method includes: setting a check-status schedule and a reminder timer for each task of the workflow process; checking whether any task of the workflow process is in an incomplete state according to the check-status schedule; obtaining an operator name and a task assigned time of the task remained in the incomplete state; calculating a time difference between a current time and the task assigned time and calculating a remainder by utilizing modular arithmetic; and generating an alarm signal and sending the alarm signal to inform a corresponding operator to perform the task remained in the incomplete state if the remainder is greater than zero and not greater than the check-status schedule. A related system is also provided.

摘要： A computer-based method for managing files includes: configuring an access control list which illustrates all the accessible rights to corresponding users, the accessible rights comprise the right for comparing selected files, the right for merging selected files and the right for dividing a selected file; saving created files in a file transfer protocol (FTP) server, and saving file information of the files in a database, the file information including a file path of each of the files; reading from the FTP server selected files that need to be compared according to respective file paths if a files comparing request is received, comparing the selected files, and outputting differences between the selected files; reading from the FTP server selected files that need to be merged according to respective file paths if a files merging request is received, merging the selected files to create a merged file, and saving information of the merged file in the database; reading from the FTP server a selected file that needs to be divided according to a corresponding file path and a file position of the file, if a file dividing request is received, dividing the selected file into two files at the file position, and saving information of two divided files in the database. A related system is also disclosed.

摘要： A system for creating full-text indexes of patent documents includes a server and one or more computers. The server is connected with the one or more computers via a network. 摘要： A computer-based method for automatically signing electronic documents is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: creating an electronic document, and notifying a specified signer to digitally sign the electronic document; confirming whether or not to digitally sign the electronic document; obtaining a copy of a digital certificate of the specified signer if it is confirmed to digitally sign the electronic document, the digital certificate comprising a private key; verifying the identity of the specified signer according to the digital certificate; generating a message digest of the electronic document if the identity of the specified signer has been verified; and encrypting the message digest with the private key thereby yielding a digital signature of the electronic document. A related system is also disclosed.
