The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure, comprising: forming a first contact layer on an exposed active region of a first spacer; forming a second spacer at a region of the first contact layer close to a gate stack to partially cover the exposed active region; forming a second contact layer in the uncovered exposed active region, wherein when a diffusion coefficient of the first contact layer is the same as that of the second contact layer, the first contact layer has a thickness less than that of the second contact layer; and when the diffusion coefficient of the first contact layer is different from that of the second contact layer, the diffusion coefficient of the first contact layer is smaller than that of the second contact layer. Correspondingly, the present invention also provides a semiconductor structure. The present invention is beneficial to the suppression of the diffusion of corresponding compositions from the contact layers into the channel region, reduction of the short channel effects, and improvement of the reliability of the semiconductor structure.

A wave-shaped mask may then be prepared and a periodic wave-shaped surface may be placed in contact with the photoresist layer, treating the photoresist layer with a primary exposure process. An external force may be applied to the wave-shaped mask, and the transparent substrate or wave-shaped mask by be rotated by a predetermined degree. The photoresist layer may be treated with a secondary exposure process, wherein the photoresist layer is developed in order to obtain a photoresist pattern layer. A metal layer may be coated on the transparent substrate with the photoresist pattern layer. The photoresist pattern layer and the portion of the metal layer on the photoresist pattern layer may then be removed such that the remaining metal layer forms a periodic hole substrate.

In the IP-based mobile TV system, a plurality of mobile terminals receives a streaming service from network equipment, along with both a sequence of Network Time Protocol (NTP) time stamps corresponding to the streaming service and a synchronization clock. Each mobile terminal recovers an NTP reference clock for rendering the received streaming service according to both the synchronization clock and a synchronization time difference value, and then renders the received streaming service according to both the recovered NTP reference clock and the received NTP time stamps. Accordingly, the plurality of mobile terminals in the IP-based mobile TV system is able to render the received streaming service synchronously.
