摘要： A closure assembly includes a slider for opening and/or closing an elongate closure mechanism including a pair of opposing closure members. The slider includes a first separator finger and a second separator finger, each of which is articulably connected to a hinge member. The first and second separator fingers extend between the closure members and may be articulated between a closing position, in which the separator fingers are adjacent each other, and an opening position, in which the separator fingers are laterally spaced from each other. In the opening position, the separator fingers urge the members apart. Closing bars and retention members may also be included to facilitate re-closing the closure members and retaining the slider in an operative position thereon.

摘要： A reclosable lid 10 for a container holding a flowable substance has a first piece or cover 12, and a movable second piece or disk 50. The cover 10 has a top wall 14, a side wall 16 and a mounting portion 22 for connecting the lid 10 on the container. The cover 12 has an opening 28 adapted to permit the flow of the substance through the lid 10. The cover 12 further includes a slot 30 located in the top wall 14. The disk 50 has at least one aperture 78, a post 54, and a projection 52. The aperture 78 and the projection 52 are each cooperatively dimensioned with the opening 28. The post 54 is adapted to be received by the slot 30 in the cover 12. The disk 50 is movable between a first position wherein at least a portion of the projection 52 is received in the opening 28 in the first position, and a second position wherein the aperture 78 is aligned with the opening 28 in the second position. A support ledge 102 and a support edge 104 on an inner surface 100 of the cover 12 are adapted to provide rotatable support to the disk 50.

摘要： The present invention is a container for dispensing two foods simultaneously, such as for example a beverage, such as milk, and a particulate food, such as cereal. The container has an outer cup, an inner cup that fits in the outer cup forming a space between the two and a lid to close the outer cup and hold the inner cup in the outer cup. The outer cup is adapted to hold a beverage in the space between the outer cup and the inner cup. The inner cup is adapted to hold a food product. The outer cup is ergonomically shaped to fit well in a user's hands. The inner cup has a plurality of walls to facilitate the flow of food from the inner cup. The walls define a cavity that is generally v-shaped having a discharge side which is narrower than the opposite side of the cavity. The lid of the preferred embodiment has a raised rim with a small discharge opening in fluid communication with the space between the inner and outer cups. The raised rim has a slope with the highest point being at the discharge opening. The raised rim also defines a generally v-shaped opening in communication with the cavity of the inner cup. The slope of the raised rim and the v-shaped opening allow the container to be tilted without the user's head being tilted.
