摘要: A method and an apparatus are disclosed for producing plastic objects with solid regions and hollow regions. The method has the following steps: a) blocking off a part of the cavity (2) of a molding tool (1), so that little or no plastic melt can reach the blocked-off region (8); b) injecting plastic melt into the unblocked region (9) of the cavity (2) of the molding tool (1); c) releasing the blockage, so that plastic melt can reach the previously blocked-off region (8) of the cavity (2); d) injecting a pressurized gas into the melt by means of at least one fluid injection nozzle (7), so that the melt injected into the molding tool is distributed into the desired regions of the cavity (2) while forming a hollow space and is pressed against the cavity walls of the molding tool (1); e) allowing the molded part (6) to cool; f) relieving the cavity (2) of the pressure of the pressurized fluid; and g) demolding the molded part. The advantage achieved thereby is that solid regions and hollow regions are formed in the molded part in a predetermined manner.

摘要: The proposal is for a device for injection molding plastic items enclosing hollow spaces with which a further pressurised medium like air, gas or a fluid can be introduced through a hollow needle (5) at a point differing from the nozzle into a mould (1), the mould hollow or cavity (4) of which can be filled with molten pastic through a nozzle. There is a needle core (9) which can be moved axially to a limited extent in the hollow needle (5) and it is possible via this needle core (9) to vary the cross-section of or open and close the aperture (16) of the hollow needle (6) opening into the mould hollow or cavity (4). The needle core (9) bears a thickened head or plate (10) in front of the end of the aperture in the hollow needle, the outside diameter of which corresponds at least approximately to the outside diameter of the hollow needle, so that it forms, with the aperture end (6) of the hollow needle (5), a radially directed splitting valve. In relation to the hollow needle (5), the needle core (9) is axially supported by spring means (23). It is important here that these spring means (23) continuously engage with the needle core (9) in the closing direction of the aperture of the splitting valve (16) and that the needle core (9) can be moved against the spring means (23) in the opening direction by a remote-controlled driving device (17, 18).

摘要: It is proposed that a pressure control device and/or pressure regulating device (8) be used for a fluid medium, in particular air or gas, preferably nitrogen, which is to be supplied to an injection mold in addition to the molten plastic, this pressure control device and/or pressure regulating device (8) being provided as a stationary, but preferably as a mobile unit between a pressure generator/pressure accumulator (7) and an injection system associated with the injection mold (3), e.g., in a nozzle head or add-on building block. The device has a main line (21) which leads from the pressure generator/pressure accumulator (7) to the injection system (27) and which is switchable by means of valve control only in such a way that it either lets through or blocks the inflow of media, a first branch line (28) leading to a receiver side of a pressure sensor (29) whose other receiver side is sensitive to the pressure of the medium in the injection mold, and a second branch line (30) which can be switched so as to let through or block flow via a valve control influenced by the pressure sensor (29) and, in so doing, forms a media outflow from the injection mold, in particular a return of media to the pressure generator/pressure accumulator (7). Essential features of this device consist in that the main line (21) branches into at least two parallel flow paths (23a and 23b), that each flow path (23a and 23b) is outfitted with a media inflow control valve (24a and 24b) which may be operated to let through or block flow, as required, that the media inflow control valves (24a and 24b) have different flow cross sections (25a, 25b), and that these media inflow control valves (24a and 24b) can be controlled individually and/or jointly in a stepwise manner depending on the pressure difference determined by the pressure sensor (29).

摘要: The invention relates to a device for the injection moulding of a moulded part (2) comprising a void (1), wherein a projectile (10) can be positioned at a fluid injection nozzle (8) in the region of a fluid aperture (9), which projectile (10) can be caused to flow in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L). To allow the production of moulded parts with enclosed voids in a better way the invention is characterized in that the fluid injection nozzle (8) comprises a section (11) entering into a cavity (5) of a mould, which section (11) is free from any undercut in a direction (E) of insertion of the fluid injection nozzle (8) into the cavity (5), wherein an angle (α) is arranged between a longitudinal axis (L) and the direction (E) of insertion.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for injection molding thermoplastic molded parts, having at least one cavity. The method comprises the following steps: a) injecting thermoplastic melt from an injection unit along a melt flow path into the cavity of an injection molding tool; b) injecting a fluid into the still liquid plastic material, so that the plastic material is pressed against the walls of the cavity; c) allowing the plastic material to cool until it forms the self-supporting molded part; and d) removing the molded part from the cavity of the injection molding tool.
