    摘要: This small-diameter endoscope surgical instrument comprises: an inner pipe 20 that has an outer diameter equal to that of a small-diameter endoscope 10 to be used, that is used for inserting the small-diameter endoscope surgical instrument into a body, and that is replaced with the small-diameter endoscope 10 after insertion thereof; a guide pipe 30 which is configured to have the small-diameter endoscope or the inner pipe inserted therethrough and which supports the small-diameter endoscope or the inner pipe so as to be movable in an axial direction; and a treatment pipe 40 which is configured to have the guide pipe inserted therethrough to support the guide pipe so as to be movable in the axial direction, and which has, at the leading end thereof, a treatment means such as an electrode, a blade, or a hook, wherein each of the small-diameter endoscope, inner pipe, guide pipe, and treatment pipe has an independent operation part at the proximate end thereof, and thus the rotation angle and the position in the axial direction thereof can be changed. The present invention enables, with a simple configuration, gripping or fixing of tissues, electrocautery, electrocoagulation, ablation, mobilization, separation, or traction of tissues, and further enables removal of blood clots, etc., stuck to a hook during surgery, and a sample extraction for biopsy.

A parking switch malfunction determination unit determines whether the parking switch malfunctions, and a parking brake automatic control unit automatically applies the brake by operating the electric motor when an ignition switch of the vehicle is turned off in response to an operation of an operating portion for the ignition switch, in a case where the parking switch malfunction determination unit determines that the parking switch malfunctions.

    摘要: A shock absorbing vehicle body structure in a vehicle includes a substantially quadrilateral front subsidiary frame comprised of left and right side members extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body and connected at their front and rear ends to each other by a front cross member and a rear cross member. The front subsidiary frame is supported at its four corners on main frames for the vehicle body through rubber mounts and bolts. Upon full-lap collision of the vehicle, the left rear bolt is first broken, whereby the rear end of the left side member is separated from the main frame and then, the right rear bolt is broken, whereby the rear end of the right side member is separated from the main frame. The right and left side members are formed with different rigidities to a longitudinal load applied thereto, which causes the right and left rear bolts to break at different times, or with a time lag therebetween. Such a time lag decreases the peak value of deceleration of the vehicle at a time when the front subsidiary frame is separated from the main frames due to a full-lap collision of the vehicle.

    摘要: An endoscope power supplying appliance comprising an operation unit, a cylinder unit and an electrode that is used by inserting an endoscope, wherein the electrode is set at the distal end of the cylinder unit and the operation unit at the other end, an optical lens portion of the endoscope inserted into the power supplying appliance is capable of protruding beyond the end of the power supplying appliance, and the endoscope can move along an axial direction of the power supplying appliance. Further the endoscope power supplying appliance of this invention is effective for treatment such as coagulation of microvessels performed under endoscope and in particular blocking operation of sympathetic nerves in the chest region performed under endoscope, only one minimized skin incision allows the operation. Because it is not necessary to insert the appliance or pull it out of the body during the operation, frictional irritation to the incised portion is only caused at the time of insertion and extraction of the appliance before and after the operation, which minimizes the damage of the incised portion. Consequently the patient does not necessarily hospitalize for a long time and may leave hospital and go home on the day of operation.
