    摘要: An endoscope bonding structure includes a distal end rigid member, a tubular body, and a bonding agent. The distal end rigid member includes a first outer diameter part and a second outer diameter part. The tubular body includes a first inner diameter part and a second inner diameter part. An outer diameter of an outer periphery of the second outer diameter part decreases as a distance increases toward a proximal end side. The tubular body is fitted to an outer periphery in a state in which the tubular body is pressed to a distal end side.

    摘要: The ultrasonic endoscope includes: an insertion part that includes a tip, a base end, and a longitudinal axis; an ultrasonic transducer that is provided at the tip of the insertion part; a locking groove that is a balloon mounting portion which is disposed closer to the base end of the insertion part than the ultrasonic transducer is and on which a balloon wrapping the ultrasonic transducer is detachably mounted; a balloon pipe line that extends in the insertion part; a tip-side opening surface of the balloon pipe line that is provided closer to the tip than the locking groove and has components normal to a direction of the longitudinal axis; and a groove portion which is formed toward the tip from the tip-side opening surface as a starting point and of which at least a part overlaps the ultrasonic transducer in the direction of the longitudinal axis.

The catheter having a variable front end structure includes: a tube (110) having an insertion path (111) passing therethrough in a longitudinal direction thereof and one or more first incised slits (112) extending by a given length from the front end side thereof toward the rear end side thereof; an imaging part (120) placed on top of the tube (110) between the one or more first incised slits (112) and aligned in a line with the insertion path (111) on the front end of the insertion path (111); a front end part (130) made of a flexible material and adapted to surround the outer peripheries of the front ends of the imaging part (120) and the tube (110); and a tool (140) inserted into the insertion path (111), wherein the front end part (130) comprises a second incised slit (131) formed at a position distant by a given distance from the front end side thereof toward the rear end side thereof and extending in a width direction thereof.

    摘要: An endoscopic medical device comprising a main body, cylindrical with respect to a main extension axis, which extends from a proximal end to a distal end and it is hollow so as to delimit a cavity adapted to at least partially house a distal portion of an endoscope, on the side of the proximal end of the main body. The main body, at an outer side wall, has a plurality of flexible fins provided with arms which, in a resting condition, extend along main directions incident with the main extension axis according to an opening angle comprised between 10 and 55 degrees. The arms are engaged with the outer side wall at the end for fixing to the main body and, at opposite cantilevered ends, branch into pairs of arms, which are arranged symmetrically with respect to a centerline plane passing through the branches and through the main extension axis.
