摘要: To reliably supply a predetermined amount of sealing agent into a pneumatic tire even if the device is inclined and after the predetermined amount of sealing agent is supplied, to automatically start feeding compressed air into the pneumatic tire. In pumping device 30, when compressed air is supplied to air chamber 54, internal pressure of air chamber 54 increases, and as the internal pressure of air chamber 54 rises, a contained volume of air chamber 54 increases while a contained volume of liquid container 52 decreases. Thus, sealing agent 100 in an amount corresponding to the amount corresponding to the reduction in the contained volume of liquid container 52, is forcibly discharged from discharge outlet 64 and the discharged sealing agent 100 is injected into tire 90. In pumping device 30, when the air chamber 54 expands enough to have a predetermined amount of sealing agent to be discharged from the liquid container 52, the air discharge opening 92 opens toward the air chamber 54 to allow the air chamber 54 to communicate with the inside of tire 90. 摘要: The present invention is directed to provide a puncture-sealant that can maintain high sealing ability and is excellent in practicality. The invention is a puncture-sealant for sealing a hole in a punctured tire, the puncture-sealant including: (1) at least one type of rubber latex selected from the group consisting of SBR latex, NBR latex, carboxyl-modified SBR latex and carboxyl-modified NBR latex; (2) an antifreezing agent; and (3) at least one of a short fiber or a resin adhesive that is compatible with the rubber latex.

摘要: A sealing agent stock solution 20 is prepared by preparing a mixed solution 14 by mixing a rubber latex, a resin emulsion and a surfactant, and a predetermined amount of water in a solution preparation vessel 12, followed by adding an anti-freeze agent 18 to the mixed solution 14. The sealing agent stock solution 20 is held (left standing still) at least over for 24 hr or more and preferably over for 48 hr or more without stirring in the solution preparation vessel 12, followed by filtering the sealing agent stock solution 20 with a filter member 26 made of a mesh filter having the mesh number from 50 to 400 mesh to remove latex aggregates 36 generated in the sealing agent stock solution 20, and thereby a sealing agent 10 that does not contain the latex aggregates 36 is produced.

摘要: A ligneous finishing material including a base plate, a sheet formed from a sheet base impregnated with a thermosetting resin and attached to the base plate, and a decorative sheet impregnable with a resin and attached to the sheet. The base plate, sheet and decorative sheet are laminated on each other by a hot-press process. The thermosetting resin is preferably a phenol resin having a fluidity in a pre-pregnated state of 3% to 50%. The ligneous finishing material is inexpensive and highly resistant to surface damaging, and can be used as a surface facing material for floors, etc., and as a facing material for fittings and furnishings.
