摘要: An apparatus for aligned supply of fastening parts into an automatic assembling machine includes a rotary holding claw body, disposed at a lower position of a pressing punch, for gripping the fastening parts supplied in a position of a lateral direction by way of a supply passage, by passing through an intersection of an axial line of the pressing punch and an axial line of the supply passage, and rotating and displacing by a specific angle about a lateral axial line orthogonal to the both axial lines, and positioning and holding the fastening parts coaxially with the pressing punch at a lower position of the pressing punch. The rotary holding claw body has a pair of mutually opposing disk-shaped gripping claws, and the both disk-shaped gripping claws are forced to as to press push springs each other, and the fastening parts are gripped by the both disk-shaped gripping claws.

摘要: It provides a head type male screw sending and separating feeding apparatus which sends a plurality of head type male screws together close to a machine used and separates them one by one in the vicinity of the machine used, and thereby, even in case the distance from the arranging device to the machine used is very long, there is no loss of feeding time and the feeding speed is greatly enhanced, enabling the reduction of air consumption.The device comprises arranging device 20 for delivering head type male screws 10 such as screws and bolts, arranging them in a line, sending device 30 for sending head type male screws 10 delivered from the arranging device 20 to first feed hose 42 with screw shaft 11 positioned at front and head 12 positioned at rear, arranging them in an axial direction, and separating feeding device 50 connected to the front end of first feed hose 42 and installed near the machine used 1 for separating one by one a plurality of male screws 11 fed together through the first feed hose 42 and feeding them to the assembling section of the machine used 1 through short second feed hose 54.

摘要: A joint sealing member such as may be used in civil engineering works for providing a watertight seal between joint members is disclosed. In one embodiment, the sealing member takes the form of a band-like member constituted by a central portion made of a water expansible material which expands upon absorbing water and lateral nonexpansible portions made of a rubber which does not change in volume when in contact with water. The thickness of the central portion is greater than that of the lateral portions. In another embodiment, the joint member takes the form of a belt-like base plate made of a water expansible material having one or more longitudinally extending rib-like ridge portions formed on one side thereof.

摘要: A row feeder for distribution of nuts has: a guide passage (14) formed on a main unit (11) so as to receive a number of successively delivered nuts "N" in a series; a plurality of distribution passages (15) formed on the main unit and each extending from and perpendicular to the guide passage; stroking pushers (16) reciprocatable across the guide passage (14) so as to transfer the nuts "N" lying on it to the respective distribution passages (15); drivers (e.g., pneumatic cylinders) (17) causing the respective stroking pushers (16) to reciprocate; and individual feed chutes (13) respectively connected to the distribution passages (15). The row feeder further comprises a joint member (12) as a separate member in addition to the main unit (11), and the feed chutes (13) are secured to the joint member at given intervals between them. The row feeder simple in structure can efficiently operate not only for feeding the self-piercing nuts "N" to the nut assembling apparatuses but also for distributing ordinary nuts to a plurality of nut welders.

摘要: A supply chute 11 has a nut send-in port 14 at its upper end, and is composed of an inclined chute 12 inclined obliquely downward, and a curved chute 13 coupled to the lower end of the inclined chute 12 and curved like an arc obliquely downward. A nut support mechanism 40 is disposed at a nut send-out port 15 provided at a terminal end of the curved chute 13, for supporting the nuts 60 being forwarded so that their bonding side 62 may be in an oblique downward position nearly orthogonal to the axial line of a guide rod 20. The inclined chute 12, the curved chute 13, the guide rod 20, and driving means 25 for moving the guide rod 20 back and forth in an oblique downward direction are mounted on a stand 22 installed rotatably on a support member 33 by way of a horizontal support shaft 35, and the support member 33 is coupled and fixed to a main body arm 2 of the bonding machine 1. When the guide rod 20 moves forward obliquely downward, the holding pin 21 protruded on the front end of the guide rod 20 penetrates through screw holes 61 of the nuts 60 supported on the support mechanism 40, and pieces through and holds, and the leading end of the holding pin 21 approaches and moves to the leading end of a positioning pin 5, and the screw holes 61 of the nuts 60 held on the holding pin 21 are supplied in fitting with the positioning pin 5.
