    摘要: Pressure is exerted on the interior of casting rolls with a negative crown so that the rolls may maintain a true cylindrical surface without any crown when the continuous casting operation is initiated. When the cylindrical surface of the rolls is heated by molten metal as the continuous casting operation continues, the interior pressure of the rolls is decreased, whereby the rolls may maintain a true cylindrical surface without any crown.

    摘要: Forsterite insulating films having a high adhesion on an oriented silicon steel sheet are formed by a method wherein an annealing separator consisting mainly of magnesia is applied on surfaces of the oriented silicon steel sheet and the steel sheet is wound up into a coil-form and then annealed at high temperatures to form forsterite insulating films, which is characterized by that the content of water carried into the coil together with the annealing separator is controlled depending upon the content of CaO component carried into the coil together with the annealing separator.

    摘要: A high adhesion uniform forsterite insulating film can be formed on the surface of a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet by the application of an annealing separator consisting mainly of magnesia having a narrow activity distribution defined by the citric acid activity of the magnesia which varies depending upon the variation of final reaction ratio of the magnesia as determined by the method for measuring the citric acid activity of magnesia, where the final reaction ratio of the magnesia is the ratio of that amount of the magnesia which finally reacts with citric acid to the total amount of magnesia mixed with the citric acid.

    摘要: In an automobile parts assembling line, parts pallets carried by a self-running pallet carriage are transferred onto self-running work carriages loaded with fundamental vehicle works of various vehicle models and a specific set of parts on the parts pallet are assembled to a specific model of fundamental work on the primary self-running carriage one after another while the self-running work carriage is self-running along an assembling station. During assembling of the parts, the self-running pallet carriage is returned to a pallet unloading station adjacent to the assembling station and is loaded with an empty parts pallet from the self-running work carriage which continues on carrying the fundamental vehicle work with the specific parts having been assembled thereto.

    摘要: Grain oriented silicon steel sheets or strips having high magnetic induction and ultra-low iron loss can be obtained by the intermediate annealing cycle containing a rapid heating and rapid cooling just before final cold rolling, wherein a first cold rolled sheet is rapidly heated from 500.degree. C. to 900.degree. C. at a heating rate of at least 50.degree. C./sec and the steel sheet heated in the intermediate annealing is rapidly cooled from 900.degree. C. to 500.degree. C. at a cooling rate of at least 5.degree. C./sec.
