    摘要: The present invention relates to a porous silicon-containing carbon-based composite material produced by carbonizing both (1) a silicon metal or a silicon-containing compound and (2) an organic compound containing no silicon atoms and having a softening point or a melting point, in an inert gas or in a vacuum at a temperature ranging from 300 to 1,500° C. The porous silicon-containing carbon-based composite material of the present invention can be used as an electrode of a battery. Thereby, a battery which has an increased reversible capacity and stable charge and discharge cycle characteristics, and has a reduced loss of potential at the time of discharging lithium can be produced with a simple production process.
