    摘要: An electrostatic separation system for separating fine metal and plastics is disclosed. An electrostatic separation system according to the present invention comprises a negative electrostatic induction plate and positive metal net made of special materials, which have appropriate dimensions and an appropriate space between them to improve separation efficiency, and a separating plate which is appropriately positioned to improve separation efficiency. The electrostatic separation system has processing capacity more than 5 times in comparison to conventional electrostatic selection systems and is able to separate fine particles of 0.1 mm in size. In addition, the electrostatic separation system has wide application in recycling other useful recourses as well as separating the mixture of fine particle metal and non-metal materials.

    摘要: The present invention features a thermal management system for a hybrid electric vehicle. Such a system includes a heater core supplies heat for heating the vehicle's interior by heat exchange between a coolant and air of the vehicle's interior, a coolant line fluidly coupling an engine and heater core so the coolant being circulated by a coolant pump passes there through. A bypass valve is located in the coolant line in proximity to the engine and is selectively opened and closed according to the on/off state of the engine and so that the coolant does not pass through the engine but passes through only the heater core in the engine off state. Such a system includes a heat exchanger fluidly coupled to another heat source so the coolant is heated by the heat exchanger and supplied to the heater core when in the off state.

    摘要: Provided is a method for preparing plate-like ultrafine particles of flaky graphite having an average graphite plate diameter of 3-5 μm and a graphite plate thickness of 20-60 nm, including: grinding natural flaky graphite to control the particle size to 5-15 μm; dipping the ground flaky graphite into an aqueous solution containing an acid and an oxidizing agent, followed by washing and drying, to form a graphite intercalation compound in the ground flaky graphite; carrying out gasification of the graphite intercalation compound via low-temperature heat treatment to expand the flaky graphite to 20-30%; and carrying out wet grinding of the expanded flaky graphite at a slurry concentration of 20-28 wt %.The ultrafine particles of flaky graphite disclosed herein have a narrow particle size distribution, and maintain unique properties of flaky graphite due to the lack of interlayer collapse in flaky graphite particles.

    摘要: The present invention features a thermal management system for a hybrid electric vehicle.
