    摘要: A single or double relay is provided. The relay has a base and a coil body. Each relay has a coil with an axis parallel to the bottom side of the base, an angled yoke and a plate-shaped armature. The armature is connected to a contact spring that is split into two fork-like legs. A contact leg carries a movable contact and a terminal leg that is connected to a spring carrier in the region in front of the movable armature end. With the double relay, the two armatures lie parallel at opposite ends of the base. The design yields a simple assembly with good heat dissipation particularly for a double relay for high switching currents.

The adaptor has a male connector member with a plurality of conductor elements embedded or inserted into the base and a plurality of high-current blades bent respectively off from the conductor elements. After soldering of the terminal pins (13) to the conductor segments (25), the base region surrounded by a circumferential wall (22) is filled with casting compound. As a result thereof, the arrangement is sealed on all sides and the adaptor with the blade is stabilized and strengthened, so that it can withstand high plugging forces.

    摘要: In a relay system, a flat yoke leg (21) is provided at which a plate-shaped armature (3) is seated via an armature spring (10). The flat yoke leg is arranged generally parallel to an axis of a relay coil core (1). An armature plate (3) has an end face seated at a broad underside of the yoke leg (21). A bearing section (12) of the armature spring lies against an end face of the yoke leg (21) and extends to lie flatly against the armature, to which it is preferably secured. A pre-stress section (13) of the armature spring extends axially beyond the bearing section (12) and is hooked and biased against a retainer peg (25) fashioned as an extension of the yoke leg. As a result thereof, the armature is urged against a bearing edge (22) at the underside of the yoke leg. Moreover, the armature is biased into a normal quiescent position with a predetermined force which is adjustably dependent on the deflectable position of the retainer peg.

    摘要: Electromagnetic relay having a sealed housing. The relay has a housing with a cap and a bottom part. The region of the bottom part under the coil winding has a bottom section that is set back in height, as a result whereof the space between the coil flanges and under the winding also becomes accessible from the outside when the relay is attached to a printed circuit board. The bottom part may potentially have cup-shaped bellied portions as an envelope for the coil flanges. The joining seam between the at least partially height-offset bottom part and the shortened cap is upwardly displaced in this way from the lower terminating plane at least to the lower apex of the coil winding. The relay housing can be sealed with casting resin in this joining plane, whereby clearances in the lower terminating plane of the housing as well as in the height-offset joining plane can be sealed in common using a capillary system. Additional components can be arranged on the printed circuit board in the free space under the winding. Moreover, the space under the relay is more easily accessible for cleaning the printed circuit board.

A contact spring made of strip material is taken partly around the bearer pin with a securing section in the form or a clamping sleeve. Besides a spring shank it forms on the other side of the securing section a prestressing shank supported on a supporting component, preferably a coil flange and thus prestresses the spring shank in its position of rest. The contact spring can also be fitted in cramped and poorly accessible positions, e.g. between the coil and the armature and given a predetermined prestress without its having to be soldered to the bearer pin or subsequently adjusted.
