    摘要: A DC relay capable of extinguishing arc and resisting short-circuit current includes two stationary contact leading-out terminals, a push rod component, a straight sheet type movable spring mounted on the push rod component and two permanent magnets. The magnetic poles on the sides opposite to each other of the two permanent magnets are opposite. Two permanent magnets are connected to two yoke clips including at least two yoke sections on two sides in the width direction of the movable spring corresponding to the movable and stationary contacts. Upper magnetizers are mounted above the position. The lower magnetizers are mounted under the position. The upper and lower magnetizers can approach or come into contact with each other through the through holes in the movable spring. At least two independent magnetically conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable spring by the upper and lower magnetizers.

A movable terminal of the relay has: a first plate including a first inner surface, a first outer surface opposed to the first inner surface, and a first through opening which opens to the first inner surface and the first outer surface; a second plate including a second inner surface, a second outer surface opposed to the second inner surface, and a second through opening which opens to the second inner surface and the second outer surface; and a folded part which connects the first plate to the second plate. The first through opening is partially overlapped with the second through opening, and the second inner surface is partially exposed to the first through opening.

    摘要: An electrical relay (2) includes an electromagnetic drive system for providing bi-directional drive. The electrical relay (2) includes a first a coil (212) and a second coil (213). A current is supplied to the coils (212) and (213) in opposite directions. The two coils (212) and (213) can be used to accelerate the armature in either direction in relation to the two contacts. This can be used to drive the armature to either one of the contacts and to accelerate and decelerate the armature during a single transit. In the latter regard, the armature can be accelerated and decelerated to shorten the transit time, reduce bounce, reduce wear on the contacts, and allow for different contact material options.

The carrier sub-assembly includes a support rod that extends through an aperture in the divider wall and is coupled to the movable contact. The carrier sub-assembly is configured to move the movable contact relative to the first and second stationary contacts. The carrier sub-assembly includes a contact spring surrounding the support rod between the divider wall and the movable contact. The carrier sub-assembly also includes a dampener in engagement with the contact spring. The dampener is configured to absorb vibration along one or more of the contact spring or the movable contact.
