    摘要: The invention relates to a method of precise positioning of a number of cooperating cylinder or roller elements (2, 3, 4) of a roller or casing installation (1) relative to each other. In order to be able to bring off a rapid and precise alignment of the cylinder or roller elements, according to the invention, it is provided that with a measuring apparatus (5), a distance (a6, a7, a8, a9) between at least three reference points (6, 7, 8, 9), which are provided directly or indirectly on each of the cylinder roller elements (2, 3, 4), and the measuring apparatus is measured, and that dependent on measurement results, adjusting elements (10, 11, 12) on each cylinder or roller element (2, 3, 4) are so operated that the distances (a6, a7, a8, a9) between the reference points (6, 7, 8, 9) and the measuring apparatus conform to predetermined values to a best possible extent, wherein the measurement points (6, 7, 8, 9) of each cylinder or roller element (2, 3, 4) are arranged, directly or indirectly on a carrier element (13) of the cylinder or roller element (2, 3, 4). The invention further relates to a roller or casting installation, in particular for carrying out the method.

    摘要: In a method for casting prefabricated products in a continuous casting device, having a casting mold and a strand guide downstream of the casting mold, wherein the strand guide has rolls positioned opposite one another in pairs for supporting and guiding the solidifying cast strand, wherein some rolls are drive rolls and others are idle rolls, wherein drives are provided for the drive rolls, and wherein the drive rolls are adjustable against the cast strand in order to transmit guiding forces and strand conveying forces onto the cast strand in interaction with the idle rolls, the drive rolls and the drives are controlled to a preset rotational speed such that the drive rolls have circumferential speeds identical to one another within the limits of a preset casting speed. The motor torques of the drives are maintained at a level as equal as possible below a permissible torque limit value relative to a loadability of the strand shell.

    摘要: A method for producing steel slabs, whereby the strand leaves an ingot mold with melt enclosed by a strand shell and, in a strand guide located downstream, the opening width of guide rolls mounted in segments with upper and lower frames can be set in a continuous manner with successive steps by adjusting elements that join said guide rolls. An oscillation around a center line of the opening width serves to modify the opening width in order to render the dynamic influences on the guide rolls negligibly small. The amplitude of the opening width oscillation is set to ta quantity, which des not provoke any plastic deformation of the strand shell. The actual opening width of the guide rolls is detected and the actuating force of the adjusting elements as well as the amplitude of the actuating force are determined at the same time. In the case of an increasing amplitude of the actuating force, the opening width is set to a predeterminable measure and/or guided in a pressure controlled manner via at least one adjusting element. A force/path diagram of the opening width setting is then determined form a multitude of force/path measurements along the strand. Said diagram is composed, in a chain-like manner, of a multitude of small force path curves, which are each provided in the form of a hysteresis and which can be individually determined using an oscillation with a comparatively small amplitude.
