    摘要: Provided is a multicast-based push-to-everything (PTx) service. The method of providing a PTx service using a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) server includes: generating a PTx service session at the request of a user equipment (UE); subscribing UEs, which desire to subscribe to the generated PTx service session, to the generated PTx service session; providing a PTx service to the UEs, which subscribed to the PTX service session, in a multicast manner; and unsubscribing a UE from the PTx service session at the request of the UE. Therefore, a multicast-based PTx service can be provided in a long-term evolution advanced (LTE-Adv) network.
