The multimedia broadcast and multicast service controlling apparatus may receive MCCH information, may periodically update a service list of a mobile terminal based on the received MCCH information, the service list listing services that are providable, may register a service in a pending list when the service is not included in the updated service list and is requested to be provided, and may provide the service registered in the pending list when the mobile terminal reaches a location where the mobile terminal may provide the service registered in the pending list.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a method of changing a frequency assignment (FA) status in an improved broadband wireless access system where terminals and base stations communicate with each other by using a plurality of FAs. The base station changes the status of one of secondary FA into the status of the pFA in order to adjust a load of the primary FA, and communicates with the terminal through the pFA of which status is changed. When a response is received from the terminal, the base station changes the status of the pFA and communicates with the pFA of the terminal through a new pFA. The status of a previous pFA between the base station and the terminal is changed into the status of the sFA, and a previous sFA is changed into the pFA, so that communication is performed through new FAs.

    摘要： A pattern wheel driver is provided. The pattern wheel driver includes a rotatable pattern wheel with patterned regions repeatedly formed on the pattern wheel. Each of the patterned regions has a plurality of patterns. Each of the plurality of patterns has a different width. The pattern wheel driver also includes a detector for detecting the plurality of patterns, mounted at a position where the patterned regions of the pattern wheel pass when the pattern wheel rotates. The pattern wheel driver also includes an encoder for producing a signal indicating whether the pattern wheel rotates in a forward direction or a reverse direction based on signals produced by the detector.
