The spiking neuron-based working memory device includes an input interface configured to convert input spike signals into respective burst signals having predetermined forms, and output a sequence of the burst signals, the burst signals corresponding to the input spike signals in a burst structure, and two or more memory elements (MEs) configured to sequentially store features respectively corresponding to the outputted sequence of the burst signals, each of the MEs continuously outputting spike signals respectively corresponding to the stored features.

    摘要: Disclosed is a clock recovery method and apparatus for CBR traffic in the packet switching network so as to recover the clock of the CBR traffic upon transmission by inserting a small amount of random packets to the CBR traffic stream which has arrived in a receiver. According to the present inventive concept, the CBR streams are added with the random traffic streams in the packet switching network, so that the clock of the CBR streams upon transmission can be recovered, and jitter and wander according to clock recovery can be reduced.

    摘要: A method for efficiently allocating a bandwidth at an optical line terminal (OLT) for upstream transmission in an Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) system. An optical network unit (ONU) divides data to be transmitted into at least two groups that include a group with a constant bit rate (CBR) and a group with a variable bit rate (VBR), and requests a required bandwidth for each of the divided groups. The OLT allocates the requested bandwidth to the group with the CBR within a first bandwidth among an allocated bandwidth including the first bandwidth and a second bandwidth. The ONU transmits data using bandwidth allocated to the divided groups by the OLT.

The wavelength converter includes a first semiconductor optical amplifier for generating an optical noise, generating and outputting a first optical source by amplifying the generated optical noise if an external current is applied, first and second distributed Bragg reflectors for reflecting only a component of a specified wavelength range among components of the optical noise and applying the reflected component to the first semiconductor optical amplifier, and a second semiconductor optical amplifier for receiving an optical source divided from the optical source reflected by and outputted from the first distributed Bragg reflector and an input data optical source, generating and outputting a second optical source by changing a phase of the divided optical source according to a digital signal from the input data optical source.
