摘要: An acoustic touch device able to distinguish between user finger touches and other noise-making events includes ultrasonic transmitting and receiving units, and a controller. The ultrasonic receiving unit generates low-frequency electrical signals when the acoustic touch device is touched by an external object or affected by acoustic noise. The low frequency electrical signals cause variation in the output electrical signals of the ultrasonic receiving unit. The controller is configured to power on or power off the ultrasonic transmitting unit according to such variation.

The piezoelectric material layer is configured as a substrate to support the plurality of TFTs, no other substrate being required. The piezoelectric material layer is configured to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals.

摘要: A touch panel capable of being simply manufactured includes a foldable substrate, a plurality of touch driving electrodes on the substrate, and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes on the substrate. The substrate includes two laminated layers achieved by folding. The touch driving electrodes are on one of the two laminated layers and the touch sensing electrodes are on the other of the two laminated layers. The touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are formed by a same conductive layer on a surface of the substrate.

摘要: A touch panel embedded in an electronic device defines a display region and a non-display region. The touch panel includes a cover and a touch sensing layer bonded on the cover. The touch sensing layer includes a substrate, a touch sensor disposed on the substrate in the display region, a peripheral circuit structure disposed on the substrate in the non-display region, and a decoration layer. The peripheral circuit structure is electrically connected with the touch sensor for receiving signals from the touch sensor. The decoration layer is disposed in the touch sensing layer.
