摘要: A woven EMI sleeve has a wall with opposite edges extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The wall is wrapped about a central longitudinal axis into a tubular configuration bounding an enclosed cavity sized for receipt of an elongate member therein. The wall is woven with warp filaments extending generally parallel to the central longitudinal axis and weft filaments extending generally transversely to the warp filaments. The warp filaments include conductive filaments provided as wire filaments and separate non-conductive warp filaments. The weft filaments include heat-set filaments that are heat-formed to bias the wall into the tubular configuration and to bias opposite edges into overlapping relation with one another. The weft filaments also include conductive filaments.

摘要: A method of attaching a detector onto a substrate that has an array of electrically conducting pads is provided, together with the resulting detector assembly. The method includes pouring a non-conductive adhesive material over a substrate surface, allowing the adhesive to settle between the conducting pads to form dams around the conducting pads, applying a conductive adhesive material onto the conducting pads of the substrate, and placing a surface of the detector on the substrate surface over the conducting and non-conducting adhesives to thereby attach the surface of the detector to the surface of the substrate.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods related to a transparent conductive film are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of forming a transparent conductive member (e.g., a transparent conductive film) includes extruding a metallic nanoparticle composition from a capillary tube onto a temporary substrate to form an extrudate. The extrudate can include metallic nanoparticle lines. The method further includes sintering the extrudate and the temporary substrate, dispensing a photocurable polymer onto the temporary substrate, and laminating a second substrate to the photocurable polymer. The photocurable polymer and the extrudate are interposed between the temporary substrate and the second substrate. The method further includes curing the photocurable polymer to form a transparent polymer layer and separating the temporary substrate from the transparent layer to form the transparent conductive member. The transparent conductive member includes the transparent polymer layer and the extrudate embedded in the transparent polymer layer.

The enamel is fired and the pattern is covered at least in part by a coating, where the coating extends to at least an area of the enamel for applying busbars. At least two silver busbars are applied in the area on top of the extended coating. A thermal treatment is applied on the first and second glass sheets, where the first and second glass sheets are laminated and the coating is provided between the first and second glass sheets.

The pressure-sensitive conductive sheet includes a stretchable fabric, having a plurality of fibers, and a conductive material positioned on a plurality of adjoining fibers of the stretchable fabric. The system further includes a 3-dimensional structure positioned under the pressure-sensitive conductive sheet. The 3-dimensional structure includes one or more depressions onto which the stretchable fabric can be stretched and the conductive material is positioned over the one or more depressions.

An adhesive composition comprising a zwitterionic polymer is disposed between the first electrically conductive surface and second surface and joins the first component to the second component. The effort required to separate the first component from the second component, as measured by work of adhesion per surface area, is reduced by application of a DC electric potential across the adhesive composition.
