    摘要: A power envelope controller configured for use with an amplification stage and method are disclosed. The power envelope controller includes voltage feedback input circuitry configured to receive a voltage feedback signal representing an internal voltage drop across the amplification stage and current feedback input circuitry configured to receive a current feedback signal representing an output current of the amplification stage. An analog multiplier is configured to generate an internal power dissipation signal representing the internal power dissipation of the amplification stage based on the voltage and current feedback signals. A comparator circuit is configured to compare the internal power dissipation signal to a power threshold and generate a power control error signal when the internal power dissipation of the amplification stage exceeds the threshold.

    摘要: A method of implementing verification of a complex workflow includes partitioning the workflow into modules, wherein the modules have inputs, processing steps and outputs; selecting, from the workflow, one of the partitioned modules for independent verification by challenge thereof; running, with a computing device, a challenge of the selected module, the challenge comprising comparing reference outputs to outputs of the selected module, wherein reference inputs are received by the selected module and the reference outputs are generated using the reference inputs and one of an ideal performing module or a well-established module; determining whether outputs of the selected module meet verification criteria with respect to the reference outputs, and based on the determining, implementing one of: declaring the selected module verified; subdividing the selected module into smaller modules and repeating the challenge on the smaller modules; or declaring the selected module not verified.

    摘要: An applicator, related applicator system, and a method for delivering a self-adhesive material are provided. The applicator includes an outer surface, and an inner surface opposite the outer surface. The inner surface of the applicator defines a void that is operable to receive the self-adhesive material. At least a portion of the inner surface releasably adhere the applicator side of the self-adhesive material where the adhesive force between the portion of the inner surface and the applicator side being less than adhesive force between the substrate and the substrate side. The applicator is used by placing the applicator in contact with a substrate, pressing the applicator against the substrate such that the self-adhesive material adheres to the substrate, and releasing the applicator from the substrate.
