摘要: A coating slurry, a coated separator, a preparation method of the coated separator, and a battery including the coated separator are provided. The coating slurry includes: a solvent, an adhesive polymer resin, and a photoinitiator, where a weight proportion of the photoinitiator in the coating slurry is 0.08 wt % to 1.0 wt %; and the adhesive polymer resin includes one or a combination of two or more of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based adhesive polymer resin, a polyimide (PI), a polyetherimide (PEI), and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). When the weight proportion of the photoinitiator in the coating slurry is controlled at 0.08 wt % to 1.0 wt %, the photoinitiator can well penetrate into separator substrate layers after the coating slurry is coated on a membrane to ensure that enough reactive free radicals are produced by the photoinitiator in the membrane, a ceramic layer, and a combined interface layer.

摘要: Disclosed are a separator membrane, a separator membrane roll, a battery cell, and a power lithium battery. The separator membrane includes a porous base film and a bonding layer; in a preset direction of the porous base film, the surface of the porous substrate includes a middle blank area, and a coated area at the two ends; the bonding layer is applied on the two coated areas. By means of applying the bonding layer to both ends of the porous base film surface, it is possible, during the process of assembling and forming the lithium battery cell, to cause the bonding layer to contact and bond with the two ends of the negative electrode inside the lithium battery cell, effectively ensuring that the lithium battery bears sufficient tension, pressure, and vibration during assembly, vibration testing, and long-term cycling.

The raw materials of the coating liquid include a nanowire, ceramic powder, an adhesive, and a solvent; the nanowire is at least one of nano cellulose, carbon nanotube, silver nanowire, boron carbide nanowire, copper hydroxide nanowire, aramid nano fiber, silicon monoxide nanowire, and hydroxyapatite nanowire; the diameter of the nanowire is 1-100 nm, and the length is 0.1-100 μm. The lithium ion battery separator consisting of a separator body and a coating layer loaded on the separator body is obtained by applying the coating liquid that is obtained by mixing the nanowire, the ceramic powder, the adhesive and the like onto the surface of the separator body, and performing curing; the lithium ion battery has good thermal stability and puncture resistance, etc.
