摘要: This application relates to a separator, including a substrate and a coating layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate. The coating layer includes organic particles and inorganic particles, the organic particles include first-type organic particles, the inorganic particles form an inorganic particle layer, and the first-type organic particles are embedded into the inorganic particle layer and form bulges on a surface of the inorganic particle layer. A number-based median particle size of the first-type organic particles is ≥12 μm, and a ratio of an average height of the bulges to a thickness of the inorganic particle layer is ≥4. This application further relates to a separator preparation method, a secondary battery containing such separator, and a related battery module, battery pack, and apparatus.

摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of secondary batteries, and more particularly relates to a binder for secondary batteries, a separator, a secondary battery and an electrical apparatus. The binder for secondary batteries is in a ring shape, and includes an acrylate copolymer. The acrylate copolymer has good adhesion, and a contact point of the binder with the ring-shaped structure is a circle line of the ring-shaped binder. The ring-shaped binder has bonding points with larger areas than a spherical binder, such that good bonding performance can be achieved when the usage amount of the binder with the ring-shaped structure is reduced.

In this functional layer, a proportion of area occupied by the inorganic particles per unit area of a surface of the functional layer in plan view of the surface of the functional layer is more than 90%, the particulate polymer has a volume-average particle diameter of not less than 1.0 μm and not more than 10.0 μm, and the volume-average particle diameter of the particulate polymer is larger than the thickness of an inorganic particle layer.

摘要: Provided is a slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery functional layer that is capable of forming a functional layer that can inhibit heat generation in the event of an internal short circuit of a non-aqueous secondary battery and can also reduce internal resistance of the non-aqueous secondary battery. The slurry composition contains functional particles, an insoluble polymer, a soluble polymer, and a solvent. The functional particles include foaming agent particles. The content of the insoluble polymer is not less than 1 part by mass and not more than 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles, and the content of the soluble polymer is not less than 1 part by mass and not more than 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles. The soluble polymer has a thermal decomposition temperature of 130° C. or higher.
