摘要： A light emitting diode (LED) driver is provided that includes a light emitting diode, a converter connected to the light emitting diode, wherein the converter receives an input voltage and converts the input voltage to a basic voltage for driving the light emitting diode, a current regulator connected to the light emitting diode, a first operational amplifier connected to the current regulator, an analog dimming voltage generating unit including a second operational amplifier, a first resistor, a second resistor, and a third resistor, wherein a first terminal of the first resistor, a first terminal of the second resistor, and a first terminal of the third resistor are connected to a non-inversion terminal of the second operational amplifier, and connected to the first operational amplifier, and a pulse-width-modulation dimming pulse generating unit connected to a second terminal of the third resistor.

摘要： An apparatus and method for compressing and restoring a Short Message Service (SMS) are provided. The apparatus includes an input unit through characters are input by a user; a display unit displays the characters input by a user; a control unit which compares the characters input by the user with a stored sentence table of recommended sentences to determine whether there is at least one recommended sentence in the sentence table that corresponds to the input characters, and if it is determined that there is the at least one recommended sentence that corresponds to the input characters, controls the display unit to display the at least one recommended sentence; a converting unit which converts a recommended sentence selected by the user from among the at least one recommended sentence into a compression code; and a transmission unit which transmits an SMS message that includes the recommended sentence converted into the compression code.

摘要： A color cathode ray tube for permitting electron beams emitted from an electron gun to pass through apertures of a shadow mask and collide onto phosphors coated on the inner surface of a panel to thereby reproduce image information includes a magnetic shielding body which, for decreasing an influence of a terrestrial magnetic field, is formed of a rectangularly-shaped magnetic material and has one ends supported by the shadow mask to be symmetrical along the horizontal and vertical axes of the tube, and a plurality of notches formed into the magnetic shielding body are classified by the horizontal and vertical axes to be distributed asymmetrical with respect to the horizontal or vertical axes within four quadrants partitioned by the horizontal and vertical axes. Thus, the quantity of the landing variation in a specific portion having the greater quantity of the landing variation is reduced during the change of an outer magnetic field or the direction shift of the cathode ray tube.

摘要： The present invention relates to a color cathode ray tube and more specifically to a color cathode ray tube in which electron beam landing errors caused by terrestrial magnetism are corrected such that color purity is improved. The color cathode ray tube in accordance with the present invention comprises a panel having a phosphor screen formed on an inner surface thereof; a funnel joined to the panel; an electron gun generating electron beams; a frame mounted to the panel; a shadow mask mounted to the frame; and an inner shield mounted to the frame, wherein ISH/OAH is in a range of 1.8 to 3.0 wherein OAH is a height of the panel and ISH is a height of the inner shield.
