The method includes determining whether at least two touch events are detected in a geometric data measuring mode of measuring at least one of a length, an area, and a volume, calculating the geometric data from the detected touch events, and displaying the calculated geometric data. With the method, the terminal may calculate length, area, and volume from at least two touch events detected on the touch screen.

The device includes: a user input section for allowing a user to input characters, select a menu or input a command; a memory including an additional comment storing section; a control section for determining whether a user inputs any additional comment after inputting a message through the user input section, reading the additional comment from the memory and inserting the additional comment to the input message to complete a text message to be sent; and a display section for displaying any input through the user input section. The method for inputting a text message on a mobile terminal comprises: inputting a message; determining whether a user wishes to add a comment to the input message; and inserting an additional comment stored in a memory to the input message to complete a text message to be sent.

摘要： A multi-standby portable terminal reduces interference of the transmitting antenna by skewing electromagnetic waves of others antennas. The terminal includes: a plurality of communication modules for transmitting and receiving RF signals of different frequency bands to and from the plurality of RF communication networks; and a controller for controlling the plurality of communication modules so as to be coupled to an RF communication network selected by a user, via a communication module corresponding to the selected RF communication network. The controller performs a control operation such that the communication module corresponding to the selected RF communication network radiates electromagnetic waves corresponding to a frequency band of the selected RF communication network, and remaining communication modules radiate electromagnetic waves of frequency bands that differ from those of respective corresponding RF communication networks.
