    摘要: A method and system for handling granular material, such as proppant used in hydraulic fracturing in well drilling, is provided. In an operational configuration, a delivery module having conveyors receives and conveys granular material to a delivery location, and one or more mobile storage modules receive, hold and dispense granular material downward to the delivery module. The mobile storage modules comprise a raised, angular container portion for holding granular material. Each module may comprise a rock-over chassis for support against ground. In a transportation configuration, each of the delivery modules and mobile storage modules are separately transportable as semi-trailers. System redundancy features such as hydraulic power packs are also provided for.

    摘要: A vehicle side dumping apparatus is provided comprising a pivotable deck for supporting and tipping a vehicle, and one or more piston-cylinder assemblies configured for tipping the deck. A piston rod of each piston-cylinder assembly has a first end pivotally supported against a support surface. A coupling assembly mechanically and pivotally couples the deck to the cylinder at a coupling location of the cylinder, wherein the coupling assembly is configured to substantially axially load the piston-cylinder assembly. The coupling location is located near the cylinder end receiving the piston rod, substantially in line with the vehicle deck, the remainder of the cylinder extending above the vehicle deck.

    摘要: A check valve has a valve body with an annular seat surrounding the duct and a flap member pivotally mounted on the valve body so as to pivot about an axis transverse to the duct from an open position to a closed position pressing against the seat. The flap member includes a circular flap plate with a rigid backer plate and a front resilient layer carried on a pivot mounting bracket having a rigid mounting plate generally parallel to the backer plate. The backer plate and the mounting plate each have a central hole therethrough and are connected by an integral body molded from a resilient elastomeric material to form the front resilient layer, a back stopper portion and a connecting neck portion arranged so as to provide resilient flexing movement between the flap plate and the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is carried on a shaft with a pair of coil springs housed in a receptacle separated from the duct so that broken spring parts do not enter the fluid in the housing. The mounting bracket can carried on the main valve body separate from the cover so that the receptacles housing the springs and accessible from the exterior, or the receptacles may be on a second insert or cover piece so that they slide into place and are closed at the end by an outer surface of the main body portion.

The wireless remote transmitter is moveable relative to the material handling device, and configured to receive as input one or more operator instructions for generating the one or more transmission signals for transmission to the MHD receiver in response to the one or more operator instructions.
