    摘要: Disclosed is a permanent magnet type twelve-pole stepping motor of an inner rotor type or an outer rotor type. A stator comprises an annular shaped yoke portion, a stator iron-core having twelve stator main poles each having a plurality of small teeth on the tip end thereof and stator coils wound in the stator iron-core as three-phase winding. The stator rotatably supports a hybrid type rotor having a cylindrical permanent magnet that is sandwiched between a pair of rotors each having pole teeth around the circumferential surface to be opposite to the small teeth. Second, third, fourth and fifth harmonic components are removed by composing cogging torque of the respective phases by means of the three-phase twelve-pole construction. Any one harmonic component of the cogging torque among the second to fifth harmonic components is independently erased by making a difference between the small teeth pitch and the rotor teeth pitch, thereby the selected harmonic component is doubly erased.

    摘要: An impeller of a centrifugal fan having a casing and a multi-blade impeller rotatably supported by a blade holding base in said casing, wherein when said impeller is rotated air is sucked from an air suction port formed on one side wall of said casing, and a centrifugal force is applied on said air, so that air of high pressure is taken out through an outlet formed on a portion of an outer peripheral surface of said casing. An inner peripheral surface of the impeller is formed of a conical surface having a large diameter at the suction port and a small diameter at the blade holding base. The small diameter at the blade holding base is in the range of 70 to 90% of the large diameter at the suction port. The diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the impeller is reduced linearly from a portion at the suction side to a portion at the blade holding base side.

The first stator unit has a plurality of air-core coils that are radially arranged on a first isolating magnetic disc. The first rotor unit has a plurality of permanent magnets that are alternatively magnetized in N-pole and S-pole and radially arranged on a second magnetic disc with a predetermined air gap with respect to the coil surface of the first stator unit. In the same manner, the second stator unit has a plurality of air-core coils that are radially arranged on a third isolating magnetic disc, and the second rotor unit has a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on a fourth magnetic disc. The first and second motor units are coaxial and symmetric with each other about a non-magnetic disc arranged therebetween.
