    摘要: There is disclosed a stepping motor capable of increasing assembling work efficiency when the tooth of the gear to be driven provided to a driven member is connected to the tooth of the output shaft gear of the rotor of the stepping motor. The number of teeth for an output shaft gear is set to a predetermined ratio with respect to the number of magnetically stable points per rotation of the rotor, such that the gear to be driven can be held by a reference position stopper when a coil is electrified by a regulated electrification pattern. Thus, while the coil is electrified by the regulated electrification pattern, and the gear to be driven is held by the reference position stopper, the tooth respectively of the gear to be driven, and the output shaft gear are connected to each other. Therefore, these teeth are engaged with each other in a normal position with respect to a reference position.

    摘要: Disclosed is a permanent magnet type twelve-pole stepping motor of an inner rotor type or an outer rotor type. A stator comprises an annular shaped yoke portion, a stator iron-core having twelve stator main poles each having a plurality of small teeth on the tip end thereof and stator coils wound in the stator iron-core as three-phase winding. The stator rotatably supports a hybrid type rotor having a cylindrical permanent magnet that is sandwiched between a pair of rotors each having pole teeth around the circumferential surface to be opposite to the small teeth. Second, third, fourth and fifth harmonic components are removed by composing cogging torque of the respective phases by means of the three-phase twelve-pole construction. Any one harmonic component of the cogging torque among the second to fifth harmonic components is independently erased by making a difference between the small teeth pitch and the rotor teeth pitch, thereby the selected harmonic component is doubly erased.

    摘要: The objects of the present invention is to provide a stepping motors capable of rotating with not only high speed but also less undesired vibration and noises, and moreover enabling a simpler, smaller manufacturing equipment thereof to be constructed. A magnetic component 5 of the present invention comprises a magnetic component potions 6 and 7, of which circumferential surface portions each are magnetized in multipole along their circumferential surfaces or magnetized radially in the radial direction, and the magnetic component portions are set up together in the axial direction. As the magnetic component portions 6 and 7 of the magnetic component 5 in the rotor 2 are formed ring-like, the distribution curve of the magnetic flux in the magnetic field is a sine wave, thus this type of stepping motor is capable of reducing undesired vibration and noises as compared with others that have a rotor with teeth on its circumferential surface. In addition, it has less inertia so that it has a high quality capable of responding faster. The magnetic component 5 comprises a first and second magnetic component portions 6 and 7 that are to be combined together, thus they are capable of receiving magnetic force independently, proving themselves to be more controllable with two-phase type. And also it is possible to construct a smaller manufacturing equipment, because the physical size of the magnetizing apparatus for the magnetic components can be determined on the basis of the size of the first and second magnetic component portions 6 and 7.
