摘要： Aminomethyl-chromans are obtained by alkylation of correspondingly substituted amines or by reductive amination of correspondingly substituted aldehydes. The aminomethyl-chromans can be used as active compounds in medicaments, in particular for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system.
