    摘要： An active guidelines capability or component is linked to a computerized patient record system to integrate the use of clinical guidelines in the workflow of clinicians treating patients. Many healthcare entities maintain sets of clinical guidelines describing recommended treatment or analysis options for patients displaying sets of symptoms or for whom certain diagnoses have been made. The active guidelines feature adds an active guidelines tag to such clinical guidelines so that when the clinician accesses the clinical guidelines and wishes to follow the recommendation, the clinician merely has to click on a hypertext created from the tag which then transmits action orders, also contained in the tag, to be transmitted to the computerized patient record system for implementation. Patient data associated with the recommendations, such as relevant test or lab results, interaction or allergy information, or other current treatments, is also identified and displayed.

    摘要： A combined AC/DC monitoring system simultaneously monitors an AC power supply and a DC power supply in a mobile unit. The monitoring system is electrically isolated from an AC input source through an AC isolation transformer. A microcontroller digitally provides various computed variables from various digitized input signals. The monitoring system simultaneously displays a plurality of the computed variables while the system monitors for various user-selected high/low conditions of the computed variables. The system monitors AC power surges and can alternately displays a high voltage level for a predetermined time and a low voltage level for a predetermined time. An algorithm determines whether the AC voltage is a true sine wave or otherwise. The system monitors DC current on the high side, or positive terminal, of a battery. User selectable DC shunts are provided to measure a range of DC currents.

    摘要： A method for estimating an aspect of a formation using a nuclear spectroscopy tool includes placing a nuclear spectroscopy tool into a borehole and emitting neutrons such that some of the neutrons generate gamma rays from a formation adjacent the nuclear spectroscopy tool and some of the neutrons generate gamma rays from elements within the nuclear spectroscopy tool. An energy spectrum of gamma rays induced by the emitted neutrons can be detected. The energy spectrum includes a background having a plurality of measured spectral components. A background ratio between at least one spectral component of the background and another measured spectral component can be determined or estimated in accordance with environmental measurements. The detected gamma ray spectra can be analyzed using a combination of standard spectra and subtracting at least one spectral component of the background in accordance with the background ratio.

In some embodiments, a mobile unit sends a request for content to a nearby content server, to which the content server may respond with a list of available content items. The mobile unit may send a second, refined request for a specific content item. The content server may send the requested content item to the mobile unit, or the content server may send a pointer to the mobile unit, which indicates a network location from which a user may later retrieve the actual content item. In another embodiment, a mobile unit sends a request to a content server for presently displayed content. The content server may capture a screen image and send the captured image to the mobile unit. Alternatively, the content server may send the file in a native file format of the file from which the displayed content was generated.

Neutrons are emitted from the nuclear spectroscopy tool such that some of the neutrons generate gamma rays from a formation adjacent the nuclear spectroscopy tool, some of the neutrons generate gamma rays from elements within the nuclear spectroscopy tool and some of the neutrons generate gamma rays from an element in the drilling mud. An energy spectrum of gamma rays induced by the emitted neutrons can be detected with the tool and analyzed using a combination of standard spectra including at least two sub-standards that represent a common element or group of elements and that are differentiated based on location of neutron interaction, such as where the neutrons thermalize.
