    摘要: An image forming apparatus and a document management method thereof. A document management method of an image forming apparatus which includes an image scanner to scan a document and generate a scanned image, the method includes generating the scanned image by scanning a document including a bar code, determining whether to perform an optical character recognition (OCR) on the scanned image by using bar code information of the generated scanned image, extracting character information of the document by performing the OCR with respect to the scanned image according to the determination result, and setting a file name by using at least one of the bar code information and the extracted character information and storing the scanned image. The apparatus and method set a file name of a scanned document to identify the document without an additional input.

    摘要: Disclosed are a sealing element and a sealing method for sealing both ends of an anode-supported tubular solid oxide fuel cell. The sealing element includes a coupling tube having a first end portion opened to an exterior and a second end portion having a perforation hole, in which the coupling tube is formed with an internal cavity having a shape corresponding to an external appearance of an end portion of the fuel cell; and a flow tube extending outward from the center of the second end portion of the coupling tube and being formed with a hollow section, which axially extends while communicating with the perforation hole of the coupling tube. The sealing method includes the steps of cleaning the sealing element and the fuel cell; surrounding an outer peripheral surface of an electrolyte layer formed on both ends of the fuel cell with a metallic filler material such that the electrolyte layer does not make contact with a cathode, inserting the fuel cell into a connection tube of the sealing element, heating and melting the metallic filler material, and solidifying the melted metallic filler material. The sealing element improves the endurance and performance of the fuel cell. Since it is possible to use the sealing element as an anode collector, a fuel cell stack having a simple structure is realized.

    摘要: The present invention describes an electrostatic discharge protection circuit that protects an internal circuit of a semiconductor device from electrostatic discharge. The electrostatic discharge protection circuit includes a first electrostatic protection unit that transfers static electricity as a driving signal and also discharges the static electricity to a first discharge line when the static electricity is generated in a pad. It also includes a second electrostatic protection unit that discharges the static electricity generated in the pad to a second discharge line in response to the driving signal transferred from the first electrostatic protection unit. Since the first electrostatic protection unit performs an electrostatic discharge operation and at the same time aids the driving of the second electrostatic protection unit, electrostatic discharge performance can be enhanced while a layout area of the electrostatic discharge protection circuit can be reduced.
