摘要： The present invention is directed to methods of inducing immunosuppression in a patient by administering an inhibitor of the enzyme Ataxia telangiectasia mutated (Atm). The method may be used as a treatment for allergies, autoimmune diseases or lymphomas. It may also be used to prevent organ rejection in transplant patients and to treat or prevent graft versus host disease.
