摘要: Polymer Pen Lithography is used to induce bioorthogonal reactions between treated surfaces and functionalized inks create a soft matter layer. Fluorescent and redox-active inks were used to demonstrate that the molecules were immobilized covalently and achieves precise control over ligand orientation and density within each feature. Finally, the utility was demonstrated by creating functional arrays of biologically active probes.
