    摘要: A system for power generation using low pressure gasification of a stock fuel, such as coal or biomass. The system can include a gasifier, a gas clean up unit connected to a gas compressor, a gas turbine combustion system, a heat recovery steam generator, and a steam turbine. The gasifier can provide low pressure synthetic methane gas to the gas clean up unit, which can remove tars and sulfur from the synthetic methane gas, and can cool the synthetic methane gas. The gas compressor can receive the cooled synthetic methane gas and can compress the cooled synthetic methane gas. The gas turbine combustion system can receive the compressed synthetic methane gas and produce power and an exhaust gas. The heat recovery steam generator can receive the exhaust gas and generate steam. The steam turbine can receive the steam from the heat recovery steam generator and generate power.

    摘要: A method for sealing and protecting a plastic lined pipe joint from corrosive fluid passing through the plastic lined pipe involving the placing of a plastic collar seal internally within the pipe joint at the time of assembly of the pipe joint. The plastic collar seal involves concentric O-rings at each end that annularly seal off the end of the pipe and pipe collar. An external ridge on the collar seal allows the collar seal to rest on the end of the pipe section during assembly and assists in assembling the joint. Such a collar seal has been found to be particulrly useful in oil and gas well applications for injecting corrosive fluids into the well.

    摘要: A flavored-nut product, made by coating nuts (or other centers) alternately with a liquid mixture (of water, sugar, and modified tapioca) and a solids mixture (of flour, modified corn starch, sugar and salt, with small amounts of flavoring, usually mixed with a small amount of vegetable oil), and each time permitting the solid portion to dry before the next additions of liquids. When the desired thickness of coating is obtained, usually after four to six repetitions, the liquid and solid multi-coated nuts are deep-fat fried.
