    摘要: A method and an apparatus for compensating for nonlinear distortion are provided to divide audio signals reproduced in a nonlinear speaker system into linear and nonlinear components in a time domain and a frequency domain, and then generate inversely-corrected signals by means of an inverse filtering scheme, so that it is possible to further consider a variety of nonlinear distortion characteristics such as viscous damping and structural damping which have not been reflected in the conventional lumped parameter method, and thus to obtain better sound quality.

    摘要: An apparatus and method of reproducing a 2-channel virtual sound while dynamically controlling a sweet spot and crosstalk cancellation are disclosed. The method includes: receiving broadband signals, setting compensation filter coefficients according to response characteristics of bands and setting stereophonic transfer functions according to spectrum analysis; down mixing an input multi-channel signal into two channel signals by adding head related transfer functions (HRTFs) measured in a near-field and a far-field to the input multi-channel signal, canceling crosstalk of the down mixed signals on the basis of compensation filter coefficients calculated using the set stereophonic transfer functions, and compensating levels and phases of the crosstalk cancelled signals on the basis of the set compensation filter coefficients for each of the bands.

The audio decoding method includes: generating an audio signal by decoding an input signal, and transforming an original waveform of the generated audio signal into a compensation waveform that is compensated for an acoustic resonance effect in the audio signal. Therefore, an audio signal having excellent sound quality without an amplified middle band can be heard via earphones, headphones, or a phone earpiece by using an inverse compensation waveform to compensate an ERP-DRP resonance effect, which is an acoustic resonance effect generated due to the structure of the human ear.
